A Bit About Who and What We Are. . . |

Our name, Collective Nirvana, is derived from an anagram created from our two family surnames. Our farm is a family endeavor with the goal of preserving heritage farm breeds in danger of beng lost forever. It is our mission to help these heritage breeds survive in to the future. Many of the breeds we are working with are still very useful even if their chosen replacements might provide greater quantities of milk, eggs, meat, fleece or wool. Our family works with each animal as though it were the only one we shelter. We currently lease a small piece of land for our endeavors. We are a New York State not-for-profit organization seeking those who wish to assist us in helping those with no human voice of their own. Should anyone wish to help through the donation of feeds, bedding, mentoring or assistance in securing grants or other funds we will gladly consider your kind offer of assistance. - David and Wendi Antonacci and Family |
